A best-selling author and mental health campaigner, Ruby holds a master’s degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University and was awarded an OBE for her services to mental health.
Ruby’s books, including “Sane New World” and “A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled,” have sold over a million copies worldwide. She is also the founder of Frazzled Cafe, supporting mental health conversations.
