Come along to Leith Community Croft every Monday at 6pm for a hatha yoga session that welcomes participants of all skill levels. Catherine will lead you through a balanced hatha practice designed to harmonize both body and spirit. Her sessions are crafted to resonate with the rhythms of the seasons and lunar phases, fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.
These yoga classes are accessible to everyone, with modifications provided to ensure you can engage in a practice that suits your body’s needs. Catherine seeks to respect the deeper essence of yoga, which transcends mere physical postures. Her sessions incorporate meditation, breathwork (pranayama), along with sun or moon salutations, and a blend of standing, seated, and reclining poses.
We aspire for you to leave each class feeling refreshed and revitalized, with a heightened sense of the natural cycles and the splendor of the environment around us.
