Womens history walking tour of Edinburgh New Town 2 hours

Beginning at St Andrew’s Square, Ruth will guide you down George Street to Charlotte Square, sharing insights into Edinburgh’s history and focusing on the stories of women from history—both the famous and the forgotten who left no trace in the records. The tour lasts for two hours and takes place entirely outdoors without any cover, so please dress appropriately for the weather! Note that there are no restroom breaks or seating available during the journey.

**Where and when should we gather?**
Please arrive at the base of the Melville Monument (Dundas Statue), facing George Street, 15 minutes prior to the tour’s start time.

**Where does the tour end?**
The tour concludes at Charlotte Square.

**Do I need a printed ticket for the event?**
A digital ticket on your phone will suffice.

Be aware that there are no seats along the route, meaning you will be walking or standing for the full two hours.
