Womens History Tour from castle to palace 3 hours
Commencing at the esplanade in front of Edinburgh Castle, Ruth will guide you down the Royal Mile to Holyrood Palace, sharing insights into Edinburgh’s past while spotlighting the stories of women—both famous figures and the everyday individuals whose lives went unrecorded. The entire journey lasts three hours and takes place outdoors without any cover, so dress appropriately for the weather! The route is entirely downhill but features uneven cobblestone surfaces. There are no designated restroom breaks, though we can pause at a café for takeaway drinks if necessary. Note that seating is not available along the path.
