The Ecological Body An embodied Exploration of Belonging

How do we cultivate a sense of belonging, not only with others but with the natural world around us? How can we shift from viewing our bodies and the environment as mere resources to be exploited, and instead embrace them as vibrant, wise systems that nurture and inspire us?

**The Embodied Earth** is a 5-week journey designed to help you rediscover your connection to the broader ecosystem. Through practices like mindfulness, body-centered movement, and nature-inspired contemplation, we’ll delve into the profound bond between our physical selves and the planet—transcending disconnection to foster a lived experience of unity, mutual care, and belonging.

**What to Anticipate**
Each weekly gathering combines mindfulness, gentle physical exploration, and heightened sensory engagement with activities rooted in the natural world, all aimed at strengthening your bond with both your body and the earth. We’ll dive into themes such as:

?? **The Body as Nature** – Seeing your form as a dynamic terrain
?? **Attentive Awareness** – Tuning into the quiet insights of your body and the environment
?? **Drawing Strength from Nature** – Discovering how to be sustained by the natural world
?? **Connecting the Threads** – Embedding principles of deep ecology into everyday lived experience

**Who Should Join?**
This program welcomes anyone intrigued by embodiment, somatic exploration, deep ecology, or forging a connection with nature. Whether you’re a seasoned participant or entirely new to these concepts, you’ll be supported in a way that honors your individual journey.
No previous movement background is required—just an openness to explore, feel, and engage. Sessions may be held indoors or in an outdoor green space, depending on the circumstances.
