**Accessibility Notice:**
Regrettably, the venue is not accessible for individuals with mobility challenges. It is located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs, with no elevator available.
**Schedule:**
– Arrival: From 09:45 – please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the initial meditation.
– Workshop Begins: 10:00
– Workshop Ends: 17:30
– Lunch Break: Approximately 1 hour, with the exact time to be confirmed during the day.

**Refreshments and Lunch:**
– Morning and afternoon breaks will include tea, coffee, and biscuits.
– A lunch break of about an hour will be scheduled, with the timing decided on the day.
– There are numerous cafes in the vicinity (mostly on Easter Road) for lunch, or you’re welcome to bring your own packed meal, particularly if you have dietary restrictions. A Sainsbury’s is also located just over 5 minutes’ walk from the venue.
