Screening of the film 7 Symptoms of Belaruskast
Lord George Foulkes, a Labour peer in the House of Lords, will give the introductory speech. Since January 2021, he has collaborated with the human rights group Libereco, serving as the ‘godparent’ sponsor for Stsiapan Latypau, a political prisoner from Belarus. After the film screening, there will be a Q&A session featuring Ken McBain from Libereco UK and Irina McLean from the People’s Consulate for Belarus in Scotland.
