RSA Scotland Fellows Festival 2025 The Power of Connection
The 2025 Fellows Festival will unite innovative minds and specialists from a wide array of sectors such as culture, media, arts, public policy, civic engagement, and commerce. Dive into revolutionary concepts and contribute to impactful dialogues. Forge fresh collaborations and interact directly with transformative RSA initiatives aimed at making a tangible difference in the world. In the spirit of unity, local events will be organized across the country and beyond, featuring live-streamed speeches, lively debates, and content tailored to specific regions. With avenues for partnership at every stage, the festival ensures global participants can connect, regardless of their location.
Mark your calendars for the Scotland Fellows Festival on 17 May from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, where you can experience an enriching afternoon filled with dialogue, innovation, and networking. Attend this stimulating event and gain insights from Professor Linda Bauld, who holds the Bruce and John Usher Chair of Public Health at The Usher Institute, University of Edinburgh, and serves as Chief Social Policy Advisor. Her expertise in public health and social policy will leave you motivated.
We’re thrilled to also feature Sue Palmer, the celebrated author of *Toxic Childhood*, as she delves into the critical role of love and play in child development. Learn how these elements in early years can build a strong foundation for lifelong emotional and social health. Explore the RSA’s Playful Green Planet project, which repurposes neglected green spaces into vibrant areas for outdoor play and education. This initiative equips children with tools for climate advocacy and social transformation by nurturing a profound bond with nature and community through creative outdoor activities. Joining the project are Dundee-based stewards who inspire communities through storytelling, art, youth programs, gardening, and environmental learning.
