– **Globally recognized regenerative farmer Dr. Allen Williams**
A sixth-generation farmer from South Carolina, Allen is a prominent figure in regenerative agriculture, appearing in documentaries like *Kiss the Ground*, *Soil Carbon Cowboys*, and the recent *Roots so Deep*.
Allen co-founded Understanding Ag with regenerative farming innovator Gabe Brown, author of *Dirt to Soil*. Their team advises on over 35 million acres of farmland across diverse farming systems, soil types, and climates.

– **2023 Soil Farmer of the Year Stuart Johnson**
As a fifth-generation farmer, Stuart introduced strip tillage at West Wharmley Farm near Hexham a decade ago to reduce expenses. This marked the start of his shift to regenerative practices, cutting dependency on fertilizers, chemicals, and external inputs while boosting the farm’s adaptability to weather and economic shifts. Stuart now assists farmers throughout the UK in enhancing profitability and improving crop and livestock outcomes.

– **Soil health specialist Kyle Richardville**
Raised on a 2,000-hectare farm growing grains, fruits, and vegetables in Indiana’s “corn belt,” Kyle developed a passion for soil science while studying soil microbiology and nutrition. He now supports UK farmers as a consultant, crafting customized soil health strategies.

– **Farm veterinarian Lee-Anne Oliver**
Since 2008, Lee-Anne has served as a farm vet in northeast England. She is passionate about how regenerative agriculture can enhance livestock health and
