**About the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC)**: This program draws inspiration from the teachings of globally recognized mindfulness expert Rob Nairn and incorporates the core elements of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) framework, along with unique supplementary content.
Engaging in mindfulness practices can profoundly improve various facets of wellbeing, including physical, mental, and emotional health. Scientific studies using brain imaging have demonstrated that consistent mindfulness practice can reconfigure neural pathways, decreasing stress and reactivity while boosting areas associated with attention, memory, empathy, and interpersonal connection. This fosters stronger relationships and a more balanced, composed self.
The primary goal of this course is to equip participants with a sustainable mindfulness practice applicable to both personal and professional spheres.
