– Ticket refunds or exchanges are available only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the event.
– Performer line-ups may change without prior notice.
– The performance consists of two 40-minute segments with an intermission. Doors open at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before the 7pm start time. Please arrive after 6:30pm but before the show begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
– The venue must be cleared within 30 minutes after the show concludes.
– This is a seated event. All attendees must remain seated during the performance, except when ordering drinks at the bar or using the restrooms. When at the bar, please keep noise to a minimum by whispering.
– Access to the venue is through the side entrance only. Please wait outside at the designated door for ticket verification and seating assistance from the usher.
– Table sharing is likely. If you arrive late, seating together may not be possible if remaining seats are scattered. For preferred seating, we advise arriving early.
