We all aspire to eat better, yet figuring out the starting point can be challenging. Under the guidance of Maria Harper, you’ll learn various recipes and innovative methods to incorporate vegetables and legumes into your meals while optimizing their health benefits.
The workshop will emphasize beans and pulses, teaching you the correct preparation techniques to prevent digestive issues and fully utilize their rich nutritional content.
On the menu, you’ll find a Thai lentil soup, a pair of nutritious salads, flatbreads, two tasty dips, and creative approaches to preparing tofu and tempeh. The highlight? Gathering around the table to enjoy and share the delicious dishes you’ve made together!
