Goat Cuddles at Boglily Farm Steading
We are thrilled to introduce 2 adorable baby pygmy goats to our family at Boglily Steading! These tiny bundles of joy love interaction and affection, so we’ve arranged specific times for you to come meet them and enjoy a quick snuggle! The well-being of our animals is our top priority. While they enjoy the attention, we must avoid overstimulating them, which is why we’ve restricted the number of available slots and sessions.
There is a booking fee of £5.00 per session, plus a minor service charge. Each time slot is limited to 5 minutes per booking, and you only need to purchase ONE ticket PER FAMILY (up to 5 members), as tickets are not priced per individual. This entitles you to 5 minutes of cuddle time with the goats.
Terms and Conditions:
• A strict policy of no ticket, no entry will be enforced during the goat cuddle sessions to protect the welfare of our animals, and slots are limited for this reason.
• All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to hold the animals due to their small size and the potential risk of injury to either the child or the goat.
• While the risk of infection from farm visits is minimal, the illnesses that can occur are serious. Therefore, handwashing with soap and water is mandatory after touching the animals and always before eating (wipes, gels, or sprays are not sufficient).
• Parents or guardians must oversee children during handwashing to ensure it is done properly, and younger children may need additional assistance.
• Children petting the animals must not put their faces or mouths near the animals or place their hands in the animals’ mouths.
• As a safety measure, women who are or might be pregnant should refrain from close contact with the animals.
