During the Earth Innerdance, you’ll forge a deeper bond with your body and surroundings, sowing the seeds for future aspirations. The session begins with a moment of contemplation and goal-setting, followed by an invitation to recline on your yoga mat and immerse yourself in the essence of Earth.

The session features a unique soundscape crafted by Serena, mimicking the natural circadian rhythms of sleep. Through various sound frequencies, you’ll enter a dreamlike state of awareness. This auditory journey is complemented by intuitive energy work and gentle touch from Rachel and Connie. Post-session, there will be time to discuss your experiences, emotions, or insights with the group, fostering a shared space of listening and understanding.
