Monoprinting is an exciting technique that pushes you to sketch swiftly from the live model, helping you relax your approach to drawing. This method yields one-of-a-kind, unpredictable outcomes, from striking, powerful images to subtle, ethereal marks. Dive into the spontaneous textures and creative potential of printmaking, and discover how it can add a fresh perspective to your artwork.

In each session, our model will strike a variety of dynamic poses, each lasting no more than 5 minutes, ensuring you’ll create a wealth of sketches. While the class is largely self-guided, it kicks off with a brief monoprinting demonstration and some useful drawing pointers from the host. They’ll remain available throughout to provide guidance or discuss your work if requested. All necessary materials are supplied, so simply show up ready to draw!

Tickets are priced at £22 (plus a £2.54 booking fee), which includes the cost of the model and all printmaking supplies for the session.
