CWGC War Graves Week 2025 Edinburgh Comely Bank Cemetery

At Edinburgh (Comely Bank) Cemetery, you’ll find 227 graves from the First World War, with the majority located in a dedicated war graves area in Section D. Directly ahead is the Second World War section, which holds over half of the 76 burials from that conflict. Notably, the cemetery is also the resting place of Reginald Earnshaw, the youngest individual commemorated by the CWGC, who passed away at just 14 years old.

Please note that parking is limited near the entrance on Crewe Road South, and the terrain can be uneven. We advise dressing appropriately for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes.
