**Exciting Update for 2025**
**Course Introduction**
Every year, around 25% of individuals in the UK face mental health challenges, and roughly 1 in 6 workers encounter common mental health issues at their jobs. Studies indicate that workplace stress is the leading factor affecting well-being, often hindering optimal performance.
**What You’ll Learn**
This face-to-face training equips attendees with the skills to identify various mental health issues, initiate supportive dialogues, and guide individuals toward professional assistance when needed. By the conclusion of the session, learners will be able to spot signs of stress and manage it effectively.
The training will explore key topics related to Mental Health First Aid, such as:
– Understanding Mental Health First Aid
– Recognizing mental health issues
– Offering guidance and initiating conversations
– Addressing stress
– Exploring different mental health conditions
Please be aware that participants will not be trained to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, as this is the domain of qualified medical professionals. However, they will learn how to detect potential issues and direct individuals to appropriate resources for support.
