Archiveinspired poetry writing workshop with adaon Lynch
Event Timing: Doors open at 6pm, Workshop runs from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Come along to a hands-on poetry workshop hosted by Typewronger’s writer-in-residence, Éadaoín Lynch (they/them), drawing inspiration from the Lavender Menace archive.
Engage directly with rare archival items and take advantage of dedicated writing time with guided prompts. No prior experience is required—just bring a notebook or laptop, whichever suits you best. Sharing your work is completely optional.

**About Éadaoín Lynch**
Éadaoín Lynch is an Irish poet and researcher based in Edinburgh. Their first pamphlet, *Fierce Scrow*, was published by Nine Pens Press in 2022. From December 2024 to May 2025, they will serve as writer-in-residence at Typewronger Books, crafting new poetry inspired by the Lavender Menace Archive.
During 2024-5, Éadaoín is also a project mentor for the ACE-supported *Eff-able Anthology*, co-edited by JP Seabright and George Parker. This initiative includes a poetry collection featuring leading contemporary queer and disabled poets, alongside a touring performance series.
