Active Sound Healing
Join Us for a Dynamic Sound Healing Experience
**Date:** Tuesday, 15th March 2025
**Time:** 7:00pm – 8:00pm
**Venue:** Studio Naomha OM, Arthur Conan Doyle Centre, EH12 5AP
Embark on a powerful journey of transformation with our Dynamic Sound Healing Bath, featuring Mantras and Vocal Resonance. Let the power of sound lead you into a state of profound relaxation, inner balance, and renewal. Unlike conventional sound baths, this session actively involves you during the initial half, encouraging participation. The latter half allows you to unwind with a traditional sound bath, either lying on a mat or seated comfortably, as per your preference.
You’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of ancient instruments such as shamanic drums, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti boxes, chimes, and other therapeutic tools. You’ll be gently encouraged to engage through vocal toning or guided movements infused with sound. Feel free to bring your own instrument if you’d like to contribute.
The sound waves will flow through you, fostering a deep sense of connection between body, mind, and spirit. We’ll also incorporate Mantras from various global traditions to help ground you, enhance clarity, and cultivate inner peace, love, joy, and harmony.
