If Dundee’s nightlife needed a reminder that summer is creeping closer and folk are ready for a party, LiveHouse has it covered.
The city centre venue has a packed run of events coming up over the next couple of months, with everything from viral brunch parties and K-pop anthems to bingo chaos, big dance nights and a closing party that promises to go off properly.
In short: there is a fair bit happening.
First up, on 18 April, Belfast Brunch Co. returns after selling out its first LiveHouse date. The Irish party brand has built a serious following with its high-energy daytime events, and this Dundee comeback looks likely to draw another big crowd. If your ideal afternoon involves tunes, dancing and the sort of atmosphere that gets lively very quickly, this one will be right up your street.
Then on 25 April, the venue switches gears for a full-blown K-Pop Party, promising dazzling stages, huge choreography and wall-to-wall anthems for fans who know every word, every move and probably several fan chants too.

Things ramp up again on 3 May with the return of the DDE Closing Party & Cave Rave. Always one of the more talked-about fixtures on the calendar, this year’s event comes back bigger than before, with increased capacity and the return of the much-loved Rave Cave underneath LiveHouse in the car park. Which, let’s be honest, sounds exactly like the sort of thing that becomes someone’s whole personality for the following week.
A few days later, on 9 May, it is time for GirlyPop Party, landing from 12pm to 4.30pm with a soundtrack built for big singalongs, big energy and a properly feel-good afternoon out. Expect pop belters, dancing and the kind of crowd that absolutely commits to the theme.
Then comes Bongo’s Bingo on 23 May, bringing its usual gloriously daft mix of bingo, dance-offs, rave breaks and audience participation to Dundee. By this point, most people know Bongo’s Bingo is only technically bingo. In reality, it is part club night, part game show, part beautiful nonsense and that is very much the appeal.
And for those after something much heavier, 20 June sees PRTY presents Kruelty hit the venue. Described as one of the darkest and most intense names in the hard dance scene, Kruelty’s set is expected to bring relentless kicks, industrial energy and absolutely no interest in taking it easy.
So aye, whether your thing is daytime parties, pop nights, total chaos or harder-edged rave energy, LiveHouse is putting together a run of events that covers a fair bit of ground.
Which is handy, because Dundee does love a night out.
