The Tranquility Zone offers a variety of different massage therapies and other relaxing complementary therapy treatments.

The range of massages offered from the treatment room include – Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, Warm Bamboo massage, Pregnancy massage, Deep Tissue massage and Indian Head massage.

Massage treatments can be focussed on the back, neck and shoulders or a full body massage. Other holistic treatments on offer include Reflexology, Holistic Facials and Reiki. All of the Tranquility Zone’s complementary therapy treatments are based upon the holistic approach bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. This therefore supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
